A nice beach hotel

In general, I enjoyed very much my stay in this hotel. In particular I liked the beach, which is very close and beautiful. The swimming pool hours were too short, luckily, I could go to swim in the sea. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite big. Only the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Hotel staff were very polite and very helpful. Room was big and comfortable, we had a nice side sea view even though we booked mountain view. Pool was nice and hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast and dinner were good with enough options to choose from. However, hotel is quite old and there was no ac in many areas. The hardest was the lack of ac in the lobby, so we couldn't sit there even at night. Other than that, we really liked our stay.

The receptionists were really unhelpful and stubborn, we had a short vacation and we had a problem with the booking that they noticed second day so the app support couldn’t help us and each time we go to them to fix it they ask as to come later and we couldn’t enjoy the stay. The breakfast and beach were good but since we had to pay for beds anyway we tried other beaches like Columbia which had much better beds and service. The room is good but you only get on hard bellow each. The location is on the beach but very far from the city and attractions and will need taxi or bus to get anywhere Next time if i go to limassol would take a hotel close to Columbia where i can walk to most things and the beaches have much more attractions on the beach

You get what you pay for. More of a budget holiday

Stayed on half board basis and food was pleasant however if you are a vegetarian like myself you have a VERY limited choice, including the deserts. Which left me disappointed most nights. Rooms were old but acceptable, could have been a bit cleaner. Unfortunately there is an a joining door to room next door and you can hear everything through it which really is not nice or relaxing and unfortunately we had music playing until 2am next door to our room. Some staff lovely and some that offered no pleasantries at all. Outside area very nice and pool fantastic and very clean. Took a drink from our rooms down to pool (not glass) and a member of staff told us that we could not drink it there. Which seemed odd as we were paying guests. All in all 7/10

+Great view from room with Seaview. Nice balconies + nice pool and grass area with sunbeds + nice spa, but a big minus that it's closed from 18, when it's at night you'd wanna use spa! - AC was incredibly weak. - service was so and so. At night when I woke up cause I was warm, I tried to get the AC on but didn't manage. Couldn't find the number to reception anywhere but found on Google. The receptionist came up and closed by balcony door, to make it work. However, the AC was so weak it didn't make the room any cooler. It was better to just have the balcony door opened. However, when itried to open it it didn't work. I had to call him again and turned out he had actually LOCKED by balcony door without telling me, and thus without telling me how to open it.. A bit annoying.. - staff at the SPA. Incredible rude! She forced me out of the spa at 17.30, even though it was supposed to close at 18. She had talked rather good English the day before when I had asked her above the different massage treatments, but now all of a sudden she pretensed to not understand me at all. She just repeated: closing!!!! I told her there was very hot water coming out on the floor in the steam sauna. It burned my soles of the feet!! So I wanted to let the staff know, cause it could really be dangerous. So I told her, and ask she said was again: closing!!! Closing!!! Even though there was 30 minutes left. I asked if she had understood what I said- the my feet had been burnt. No response.
