“Clean room, staff was great, they have a café upstairs, really nice terrace on the second floor and the third floor with beautiful views. And you can have drinks up there and just lounge out. I would recommend bringing mosquito or bug spray when walking around outside. ( noticed that a lot around the island). AC in the room blows cold! Great value and great stay overall.”

“We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ...

“Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. Rather than showing understanding or offering proper assistance, he was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our holiday experience.”

“Ett bra boende om man bor i den renoverade delen. De allmänna utrymmen vid pool och restaurang föråldrat. 80 tals känsla. Städarna var fantastiska och höll det rent och fint. Stor eloge till dem! Kändes samtidigt att de var tvungna att jobba hårt för att hinna med. Wi-Fi i de allmänna utrymmen inte bra. Även med Hotellets Wi-Fi fungerade det inte på balkongen. Övrig personal ok, men inte mer. Tråkigt att gäster reserverar solstolar från tidig morgon och att inte poolen var färdigställd vid...

“Near to the beach. Good air-conditioning. Small balcony. Kettle. Fridge. Huge bed. Shower small. Plastic curtain had to be carefully manovered yo keep water in. 2 square feet too move to shower. Toilet squashed in behind the huge boat sink. Owners absolutely adorable. We had "garden view ". An overgrown patch of ground. But at least it was quiet. Would stay in the sister hotel in the future the Plaza hotel. Very near ferry terminal. Great restaurant opposite hotel. Had better...

“Very quaint newly renovated villa, feels like staying in a resort. The area feels safe and walkable to many restaurants and cafes. Right next to the beach and ferry to the mainland. Highly recommend renting a car to explore the island.”

“Owners were very nice! We wanted to go to the monastery across the island but the busses weren't running at the time we needed to leave. They called a friend and set us up with a taxi ride, which I'm still very appreciative for. They're very accommodating. The hotel was also across the street from a nice swimming spot along the beach, as well as a very short walk from where the ferry dropped us off. When I come back to Aegina I'm definitely staying at Hotel Plaza again!!”
