“Nice place. Base queen rooms are quite comfortable. Older style rooms that have seen makeovers. Bed is a bit ordinary. However, the restaurant is first class. The food is sensational and service is really impeccable. Had breakfast here too and that again was excellent with the same great service. I would recommend a stay here but maybe cough up for a better room. There is quite a range and some of them look really nice”
“What a lovely surprise. This was much better than I was expecting for an overnight road trip stay - simple, clean, an excellent dinner and a friendly breakfast room. No traffic noise inside either, which is a bonus on the highway.
Just be aware that check-in is from 3pm.”
“This place is perfect for the business traveller. Although parking is a bit of a squeeze, the rooms are spacious, comfy bed, have a great desk to work at, (no freezer in the fridge, though...) and walking distance to everything useful - supermarkets, food, pubs, banks and so on. This is not a 5 star rated premises (probably 3-4 star rating) but it is 5 star for the price. This will be my first choice in future.”
