Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. I book around 150-180 rooms per year and I can only suggest you to not book this property since your money will be gone.”

“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

“Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...

“The resort exceeded my expectations. They’re affordable and customer service was outstanding. They meet you at the airport and take care of all the logistics in getting you to the resort. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. The beach was right in-front of my room. Very quiet, serene, and loads of water activities to do. They also have options for Island hopping. If you are going to Palawan this should be the #1 consideration.”

“Casa Vina is tucked into the Barangay, Bucana, in the fisherman’s town - about a 40 minute drive from El Nido airport. Upon arrival I was immediately met by the hosts and luckily during my visit, Ramil was also visiting. I was shown the property including breakfast loft and my room. The room itself is cozy with AC and a TV. The daily breakfast is served on the upper deck and can be provided with an adjusted timeline. The family hangs out in the morning awaiting a glimmer of light from your room...

“This is a great hostel. Very clean, right on the beach, incredible service. It did get rowdy at night, but was not a trashy vibe at all - fine if you were not trying to party. We are a couple in our 30s and enjoyed ourselves.”

“위치가 엘니도 타운과 매우 거리가 있고, 산속에 외딴곳에 위치함. 숙소자체는 예쁘나..방에 들어가면 온갖 벌레를 다 볼수 있음 천장이 3m정도로 매우 높은데 천장에서 다니는 벌레 구경 와우!! 벌레 너무 많다고 말하면 스프레이 뿌려준다고 나가있으라고 하는데 나갔다오면 방바닥에 떨어진 벌레 보고 또 와우! 조식은 1인 1식인데.. 나쁘지 않긴 한데.. 양이 매우 적음 숙소에 할게 수영장+ 방 밖에 없어서... 다시 갈거냐고 물으면 안감.. 로비 보는 남자형 말이 빠르고 발음이 알아듣기 어려워서.. 우리만 그런가 햇더니 현지인들도 갸우뚱... 방자체는 넓은걸로 해서 넓어서 좋았으나.. 그외는 모든게 별로였음.. 차라리 이돈으로 엘니도 타운에 괜찮은 숙소 많으니까 찾아가길.. 아님 돈 더줘서 더 좋은곳 가던지..”

“Loved our stay in Bahala Na Villas. Downside is definitely the location—roads are undone, and it takes a while to get from one place to another. However, the service, communication, and attentiveness of the staff is what made our stay exceptional. Great massage service, breakfast included, and food selection. Private speedboat was a great touch. Few mishaps due to the weather but the team coordinated to give us the best experience. Would love to stay again!”
