We absolutely love Pemi Cabins! Got engaged there 17 years ago. Always friendly staff, cabins are very clean and so cozy. We have stayed there many times and will go back again. :)

The perfect launch pad for exploring the beautiful mountains of New Hampshire. Loved sleeping to the sound of the river, and there were plenty of places nearby for food and drink even though it was off season.

Was a really nice cabin getaway. Even though it’s not set in the woods the owners had great communication, there was a communal fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, and access to the pemi river. Close to local shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely return!

This property was very well maintained. Cabins were very clean , very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Can’t wait to come back , and be able to enjoy the fire place , shuffleboard etc. It was raining sadly the whole time , and then of course the day we left it was nice sunny and 68!

It’s so nice to be on the river. The renovated rooms are not on the river like the older cabins. The cabins need updating badly but the location is so pretty. If the cabins were renovated like the rooms attached to the main building it would be perfection! The staff is accommodating and friendly.

This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. We were a bit disappointed that the fireplace in the cabin could not be used; other than that, we loved our stay. The cabin was quiet and the staff we talked with were very friendly. If we are going back to Lincoln in the future, we will definitely stay there again!

We traveled with our three dogs and stayed in unit 16 which was a motel style unit. It was super super cute. Had everything that we needed and was the perfect accommodations for our two nights stay. I would highly recommend this property.

The river was beautiful. The landscape around the area the mountains were very very nice. There was actually a black bear underneath our cabin that was kind of neat. Things we didn't like the floor was actually damp and slimy it was kind of gross and we didn't like that at all the bathroom was the same thing we were in Cabin 3 just for a heads up that was really a turn off

So very disappointed with our stay. We drove about 16 hours to get to this place (top dollar for a cabin with a fireplace) we could have stayed anywhere. When we got inside (CABIN #3) there was a hand written note that said the fireplace was broken. The office was closed we called over and over again no answer and someone finally called us back the lady admitted she knew the fireplace had been broken (it was probably broken since the day I booked the reservation) and they didnt call us to let us know... after asking if they could move us they offered a cottage that was runned down... they told us they were going to talk with the owner to try and see what they could do for a discount. We got No further calls or discounts.

Le lieu est vraiment chouette, la vue sur la rivière très belle, la véranda couverte cool. Mais pour notre part la cabane penchait vraiment et impossible de prendre une douche car la robinetterie défectueuse donc vraiment dommage.
