"Reasonably priced place about 35 minute drive from NYC. GREAT staff! No pool, but a weight room and a basic breakfast (eggs/bacon/potatoes, and a bunch of cold amenities). Bar inside hotel also serves pizza. Grocery store about a two minute walk from the front door. Safe area and avoids the congestion of Manhattan. Free parking!"

"It was excellent compared to the one I went to before,the room was spotless, microwave worked great the fridge worked great the only thing is that the bathroom are small but it was still great very clean bathroom if I can give the person that cleans the rooms stars I would give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ that's how clean it was I will be going back for sure thanks."

"Stayed here while son was at college orientation. Very clean, easy and safe parking, quiet. Door Dash was delivered directly to my room on 2nd floor. Room was nice but tv needed streaming service- no regular tv. That was fine for me. Only needed charging cord and not the whole block. Breakfast was coffee, tea, juice with bagels and various spreads (Nutella, flavored cream cheese, butter) and I think cereal and maybe fruit. I’m a bagel person so was great for me. Beds comfy, quiet and great all around experience. I expected far worse from some other reviews I read, but I’d def stay here again for sure."

"I read reviews, so had low expectations. Given that, this place was fine for my needs. Room was clean, no bugs. Decent guy running the place. Would have appreciated a towel, but was 3 am by time I realized there was none, so didn't ask. TV remote same; couldn't find a switch on the box. Though room was clean enough, cleaner smell was heavy; window didn't open, so I had to open door for a good while to circulate air. Road noise is a lot as folks said, but that doesn't bother me. Address, Maple but actual entrance facing US1, plus changing names of motel, can be confusing for rideshare drivers, so be ready to clarify location; my first got close then canceled. There are motels closer to EWR, but this one was cheaper; however, for future reference, it might be possible to walk from EWR to Motel 6. Bus here to Rest Inn was tricky, but just $3 +transfer or mile walk, and Uber from EWR wanted $70."
