“Toda a estrutura do hotel, surpreendente!”

“Everything was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was spectacular, and the food was delicious. But the best part was the outstanding service from the entire staff, especially Melody. I had accidentally left some belongings at another hotel, and Melody went above and beyond to help me. She contacted the other hotel, coordinated everything, and made sure my belongings were picked up and delivered directly to my room. Truly an incredible hotel and an exceptional level of service....

“非常好 muito bom mesmo. Very good”

“The staff was excellent very polite and respectful helpful and professional. The room that I was smelling smoke and bothered my sinus. ”

“Le personnel a été génial ”
