“Everything was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was spectacular, and the food was delicious. But the best part was the outstanding service from the entire staff, especially Melody. I had accidentally left some belongings at another hotel, and Melody went above and beyond to help me. She contacted the other hotel, coordinated everything, and made sure my belongings were picked up and delivered directly to my room. Truly an incredible hotel and an exceptional level of service....

“Toda a estrutura do hotel, surpreendente!”

“The staff was excellent very polite and respectful helpful and professional. The room that I was smelling smoke and bothered my sinus. ”

“Nice hotel with great views of Linyi. You can tell it use to be a 4 Star or higher hotel but it has aged and some of the upkeep is lacking. Refrigerator did not work and some lower quality details in the bathroom make it a 3 star hotel. The staff was great and I would stay there again. They don't speak English very well but my daughter speaks Mandarin so it worked out for us. Definently recommend. ”
