โVery clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. Near the waterfront, major bus lines, and dining options. We had a large group (12) who all stayed here for 3 nights, and we had an excellent stay.โ
โOnly stayed here for one night but it was lovely.
Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so.
Would recommend and stay here again.
We did not eat there but the table set ups were beautiful for breakfast. โ
โFrom start to finish, this hotel delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The thoughtful touch of providing refillable water stations was both convenient and eco-conscious.
Dining at Ongetem was a highlightโthe food was absolutely outstanding. The bed was so comfortable, I genuinely wished I could take it home with me! The hotel's central location made exploring the area effortless.

โA special boutique hotel. The staff are super attentive, happy and helpful.
The place is beautifully decorated and the quaint courtyard is nicely designed to offer an intimate place to dine, relax in a garden setting or lounge by the plunge pool.
The room (#1) was neat, clean and tidy. The beds and stuff were quite low as an FYI. The staff offered a complimentary chilled wine in the room, as well as still and sparkling water in the mini fridge and apples every day! The room was equipped with a...
โThe most beautiful hotel and grounds. Lovely staff, wellness centre is fantastic, rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Photos donโt do it justice, the grounds are huge. Thanks for a great stay and for making us so welcome โ
โThe hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly (special thanks to Blessing!).
One of the best features of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance to the restaurants/shops/beach, making it incredibly convenient for those who want to enjoy the sun and camps bay.โ
โA true boutique hotel, small and elegant, with an attentive, efficient staff. A quiet luxury that made me want to return. The inclusive breakfasts were grand and delicious.โ
โLoved staying at this hostel. Very centrally located and the staff (Doniel , Brownyn and Arthur) were terrific and very helpful. Would definitely stay here during my next visit to Cape Town.โ
โThis was an absolutely stunning property. The location, the views, the property itself, the breakfasts and the service were all 5 star. One of the best properties that I have ever stayed at.
Only drawback some may find is that it is a bit out of the way - but with dinner transportation to the CBD and waterfront included and a distance of only 10 minutes. โ
