This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is what made it so great. Theres a laundry mat next door, plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s perfectly situated just outside of Rossio square so that it’s quiet at night but you’re still in walking distance of all the action. We would stay here again!

Lacking Comforts

The Hotel is lacking a few items that would be extremely helpful. There was no mini fridge, no ironing board and most importantly no coffee maker in the room or even access to one in the lobby. The hotel and room itself was clean and quiet.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. PROS: It was in a safe neighborhood, about a 15 min walk into town, about 5 min walk from the metro. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean. Quiet room at night. There is an elevator in the property, air conditioning, a small safe in the room, parking available (did not have to use, so do not know the cost), breakfast available for €15/person (did not have). City tax was €4 euro/person/night. CONS: wish there was a small refrigerator in the room, beds and pillows were a bit too firm. But overall, would stay again!

Excellent hotel - would stay again.

Lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the old town in Alfama. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. There was a good range of items on offer as part of the continental breakfast including fresh fruit and a wide selection of cakes and pastries. The car park is very tight and large cars would struggle.

The Fenicius Charme Hotel is conveniently located a block from the subway and is walking distance to the downtown area and several tourist sites.The room was small but modern and super clean (housekeeping was exceptional) and we had a great city view from our balcony. Breakfast was good (selection of pastries and fruit).Wifi was weak in the room so we had to go near the lobby for a reliable connection. Overall, great value and would recommend.
