The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean with a very comfortable bed and nice facilities including kitchenette and a wet room. Within easy walking distance of shops, Carmel and Basilica. The parking was conveniently directly by the entrance.

Accueil très courtois. Appartement très propre, simple mais avec l'essentiel. L'hôtel est un peu (un peu) excentré, ce qui lui fait bénéficier d'une qualité de calme très appréciable.

pas beaucoup de communication avec le personnel de la résidence. Heureusement un monsieur nous a indiqué l'emplacement et du parking et de notre logement. Remarque:le prix payé était supérieur au prix annoncé

Agréablement surpris. Logement propre et bien équipé.Calme au rendez vous. Avoir un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain et rectifier les sites annonceurs qu'il n'y a pas de produits de toilette.

Accueil agréable..logement dans un autre bâtiment. Parking possible,quartier calme . Ce qui nous a surpris, c est de payer la taxe de séjour pour 2 pour 1 nuit 7,28€ au lieu de 3,60€ ..! Nous avons demandé une explication après avoir réglé, nous avons l’impression que la Résidence fait régler aux hôtes des taxes non expliquées sur notre facture hotel.com .

Suite à la tempête, la porte d entrée motorisée était endommagée Arrivée dans la chambre ou studio standard, comme il appelle cela, je pense c’est un lieu de méditation Une des chaises étaient cassées et a été remplacée à notre demande, je pense que le mobilier de chaque chambre n est pas vérifié

Résidence inadaptée !

Accueil déplorable, résidence plutôt déconcertante puisque partagée avec une résidence senior…. Pas chaleureux du tout et fréquentation douteuse (cries dans les couloirs, isolation phonique déplorable). Il vous sera demandé à votre départ de sortir votre linge, vider les poubelles, etc etc… N’est pas hôtelier qui veut!!!

Studio 1 pièce très pratique, assez propre, près des lieux de pèlerinage de Lisieux, parking au pied de l'immeuble. Juste une remarque sur la matelas, un peu "creusé", signalé à la direction.

Ancien bâtiment reconverti en hôtel, propre à l'intérieur et rénové mais abandonné à l'extérieur. Très hautes herbes car non tondues au fin fond d'un chemin. Etablissement trop isolé de la ville, avec un manque de matériel pour le confort au quotidien, salle de bain très spacieuse mais manque de patères, de sèche-serviettes, de produits d'entretien et d'hygiène, vaisselle au compte-gouttes comme par exemple 2 verres pour 2 personnes ! Pas de Wifi du tout. Le détecteur de présence dans les couloirs ne fonctionnent pas, etc.

Petite escapade en amoureux à 30mn de Deauville, cet appart hôtel se situe dans un lieu calme et reposant. Petit studio très grand suffisant pour y se sentir confortablement installé. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant ce fut un week end agréable. Seul petit bémol pour ma part c'est le matelas qui se trouvait trop mou mais nous avons tout de même apprécier ce séjour reposant.

Chambres fonctionnelles dans résidence seniors et étudiantes ... salle de bain style hôpital, chambre spacieuse et claire. Bonne literie récente ... tout est très fonctionnel. Contrepartie aucun charme ... et nettoyage des sols à améliorer. Accueil efficace et souriant. Pour un prix équivalent mieux qu'un hôtel premier prix

Ma nuitée au Zénao

J'ai apprécié le calme qui régnait dans la résidence. Literie confortable. J'aime également le côté coin cuisine qui laisse la liberté de prendre ses repas et déjeuners en toute indépendance, et puis la spacieuse salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne.
