"Easy check in friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable well equipped room, tea coffee, iron and board and free WiFi. Good self service breakfast included . No complaints. Free parking would have been nice but £7 a night not too bad."

"The bar and breakfast staff were very nice. On arrival, we asked to change rooms as the family room allocated was next to the air conditioning units which were very noisy when you had the windows open. There was also a slip where all the sea gulls were fighting over the contents - so very noisy. Reception staff kindly moved us to a smaller room which was still sizeable and much quieter for getting a good night’s sleep. Kids loved the lake out the back and was nice to have a drink outside overlooking the water. We would return as hotel had a nice feel to it. Our kids had a proper bed to sleep in rather than a futon style chair (which often happens in family rooms) and we enjoyed the breakfast."
