“Property ok, in need of some renovations. Room clean, but windows had cobwebs. Exterior looked run down.”

“The hot tub and pool would benefit from more attention. Skimming for one. The hot tub jets were powerless, and the water level was low. This is unfortunate because it was a primary reason I selected this property. The blanket on the bed was too thin and light for my taste. The breakfast was highly commendable. That young lady does a wonderful job. The dining area is clean and the food is surprisingly good, and the selection very nice. She's friendly and upbeat also. I like the yogurt dispenser,...

“The was not a good breakfast, the fruit was old and soft. They didn't have many selections. The elevator didn't work properly and the microwave in my room door kept getting stuck. I had to unplug it to open the door”

“Room was clean and air was great. Plenty of hot water in bathroom. Hotel was close to many businesses and unique restaurants. Had some great Chinese food nearby. Loved the full size refrigerator. Did not use it, but laundry room looked very modern and clean. Will definitely stay here again”

“스탭은 매우 친절하였고 전체적인 호텔 분위기는 깔끔해 보였으나 침구류의 청결이 완벽하지 않았다. 킴벌리라는 프론트 데스크 직원이 빠른 대처를 해주어 다소 불쾌감이 사라졌었다. 3박4일 머무는 동안 킴벌리가 특히 세심하게 신경써주고 배려해주어 이 호텔에 대해 좋은 인상을 간직하게되었다. ”

“편안해서 좋았습니다.”

“Interior & staff were excellent. Exterior was being renovated , so a mess, but thats just temporary. V”

“The office people were very polite and helpful. The building is in dire need of updating the carpets are stained and very old. If they did some updating it would be an awesome place to stay. The location is very close to everything.”

“I liked how close we were to the Arizona cardinals stadium. We went to watch a soccer game. We could see the stadium from our room. The hotel has a restaurant which we weren’t able to try but it looked really good!! Also there were a lot of food places and entertainment around the hotel, about less than 10 minutes away from our hotel.”

“It is a place like hidden gem. Great pool, activities, and comfortable room quality. We want to visit again as soon as possible.”
