"Breakfast was not stocked 2 times I went. Also didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom. Asked 3 times for towels and never received them. Also booked for 5 people and didn’t have room for 5 people. 2 full beds that was it!! I want my money back"

"The room was clean & newly renovated, and all of the staff was friendly. It was very convenient that the hotel's shuttle for the airport ran every hour on the hour. However, there were two problems. First, there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. At the minimum there should be a fridge. Next, I called the front desk because my tv remote wasn't working. I was told that I needed to charge it with a C charger, which thankfully I had. The hotel needs to provide chargers or get remotes that use batteries. It took about 20 minutes to get a good enough charge so I could watch tv. "

"Quick airport overnight stay, in at midnight out at 7:30. Prompt pickup at the airport and a very nice staff."

"If your into a smoke smell…cigarette burned sheets…dirty bathroom cigarette burns on and in the tub…used toiletries and a sketchy atmosphere…then this room is for you…it was cheap and last minute…I booked this room through the app…the pictures are not accurate… I literally sleep in my whole outfit with the shoes on…. The air barely worked and the ceiling fan blades where dropped down… I prayed and plead the blood of the lamb took a sleeping pill…never again stay clear of Evergreen..it’s inexpensive for a reason"

" The overall aesthetics of the hotel were absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One of the housekeeping staff members even went out of her way to give us clear directions to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing experience—very affordable and well worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10!"

"The property only had one entrance. Although there were other areas where you could exit the property, you couldn’t re-enter even with your key card. This made it very inconvenient if you parked in the lot and your room was literally on the other side of the property. The second elevator worked only 20% of the time (good that they had another elevator because the main elevator would get crowed quick, but the fact that it rarely worked made it feel like it was only one). The staff was nice (Ralph at the front desk gets a 10/10). The room (although very spacious) needed improvements, but it got the job done for the most part. The cleaning staff was subpar at best. Even after all of that, I still would stay again. "

"Sound on the tv did not work. Room wasn’t fully clean. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion that were left for us were previously used. Our garbage was changed daily. The breakfast was good. Check in was a breeze. "
