리틀하바나, 마이애미의 수영장이 있는 호텔

“no elevator, no phone for front desk, no refrigerator, 3층에 머물렀고 뭔가를 물어보거나 에스크 할때 직접 움직여야해서 불편했어요”

“Honestly nowhere close to the listing. Not sure why it’s listed as luxury when there was nothing luxury about it. The washer and dryer were out of order. The microwave was not clean. Stains all over the walls. Mold on some of the air-vents for a/c that my friend got sick from. Shower was grimy and not clean at all. Plenty of furniture broken upon arrival. No forks to use. Found 2 cockroaches. And to make matters worse, when brought up to the host they suggested us to move rooms and TOLD me that...

“Terrible they stole my phone”

“Very nice hotel located near cruise port. Room was nice and clean. Staff were also friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“깨끗하고 친절함”

“티비 사용이나 기타물품사용이 불편했다”

“It is not the first time we choose this hotel because of the respectful treatment of guests, the premise cleanliness and superb (free) breakfast. Also very close to some convenience stores (i.e., pharmacy, supermarket).”

“The room had a very old and dirty smell to it. There was a halloween party being held on the 9th floor and it was so loud we could hear the music clearly on the 6th floor.”
