โSo i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!โ
โThe accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! โ

โExcellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4.
The only negative was that we hadnโt realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as itโs a shared house and they werenโt comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids werenโt comfortable. โ
โloved the property they said they had a problem with the aircon offered cool drinks and ice lollys however we found it was too cold throughout the hotel. food was a little pricy in the resteraunt on the first night. however the breakfast was great in the morning. i enjoyed the gym swim sauna and jacizziโ
