"I understand you get what you pay for, but this place was awful! Looked more like a pay by the week situation. Many people living at this motel. One room had 3 people, 3 large dogs, and the dogs were just lunging at people as you walked by. People just hanging out drinking. The beds were horrible. You could feel the springs. Save your money, go somewhere else!"
"This Quality Inn is very well-organized. The parking lot is also sufficiently spacious. Situated right by the roadside, it is easy to locate, and getting around is very convenient. It is just a 30-minute drive from the Petrified Forest National Park. The room was cleaned to a high standard; the carpet, in particular, felt thoroughly vacuumed—clean enough to walk on barefoot. The bath towels and bedding were spotless, carrying a pleasant, fresh scent reminiscent of warm sunshine. The room itself was quite spacious and featured a desk suitable for both dining and writing—a detail I particularly appreciated. The staff members were all excellent; Sergio, in particular, was very gentle-mannered and always willing to accommodate guests' requests."
"We were amazed by this hotel!! So beautiful, full of art inside and out, gorgeous rooms and wonderful history. Come with your pet and see the trains pass by…"
"The whole property is in rough shape. Quality Inn is a generous name. The beds were super hard, walls were filthy, shower head was clogged, the floors were buckling up and looked water damaged, the fan in the bathroom did not work, and the pool is in rough shape. There is no lock or card entry to the pool. The hallways smelled like weed and smoke. It's non- smoking. The room also smelled like animals. We don't have one. I'd rather pay double next time to stay in better conditions. $200 wasn't worth it. Front desk staff was great at check- in. Morning front desk staff was awful. The kid there barely acknowledged anyone. The cleaning staff was very friendly in the morning."
"Staff very helpful. We complained about the shower fan running all the time. They said it was designed that way to ensure air circulation in spite of well sealed doors. The architect needs to find a better solution.
Breakfast was typical with added hot food, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. The coffee was foul!! Burnt, sour and oily.
The urns need a thorough cleaning/scrubbing,"
