โWe always stay here when we are in Little Rock. Itโs across the street from UAMS and is so convenient. The people are very nice and the rooms are clean. We call it our home away from home. โ
โWe stayed on Friday and Saturday night. Friday night was noisy outside with cars and motorcycles reaving up their engines. There was also a possible homeless person who was flashing us across the street and then came up to our car while we were trying to pack back up to leave. We had our grandchildren with us and this was not something we wanted them to see. The hotel staff was great and they were outside with us trying to get the lady away. One went back in to call the police to have her picked...
โThey were very responsive to our maintenance request. The only recommendation is that the bathrooms in the public areas were clean but the paper towel dispenser wasnโt working and a couple of sinks were not either.
We would definitely return. โ
โBreakfast was as expected with no surprises, the staff kept the breakfast area clean & stocked. I liked that there was a microwave available in breakfast area for heating up your food. The beds were ver comfortable & room stayed nice and cool. The stationary bike in the exercise room was nice to use.โ
โA beautiful hotel in midtown little rock. Reception staff were great and the courtesy drives looked after us so well especially Cynthia what a laugh.....โ
