Our first room, the TV didn’t work, we waited for an hour for the repair man to tell us that. Second room, the AC didn’t work. After 30 minutes he showed up, got it working. However when the condenser came on it was so loud that it woke us up all night long. We got free continental breakfast vouchers. I tried to make toast. Toaster machine was not turned on. Attendant was not pleasant at all. The lady who checked us in was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was downhill from there.
