My stay at Jacksonville inn is the place I wanna be they are very nice friendly and respectful it's very quiet and peaceful pace I wouldn't take my money anywhere else

Noisy— upstairs you can hear people’s footsteps on hard surface floor, and them banging around/moving furniture— even late-1-2am— Staff was friendly, road construction around them was inconvenient. vinyl flooring had a golf-ball sized melted spot right in the middle of the floor. Older ac units don’t seem to have a “fan on” setting to block some of the noise outside.

So when we booked the hotel it was false advertising the pictures compared to what I actually walked into are two very things there were holes in the walls roaches on the bed the shower curtains have seem liked they have never been changed the inside of the bathroom was disgusting and when we went to front desk service it WAS HORRIBLE they were cussing us out because we wanted are refund and started getting really offensive when we asked for the owners number and due to the thick accent we asked again and said are we stupid or dumb I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE and Expedia needs to take there advertisement down due to no hospitality,roaches,holes in the walls throw up on the ground , no lights work and when we called while we’re out they’d try to fix it to make them selves look good but that didn’t even due . Until they remodel and get it together I do not recommend no one come it’s outdated

When we first arrived it was myself and my 2 year old daughter, It took us 45 Minutes just to check in. I had prepaid online through Expedia, even had a reciept and everything. They wanted to tell me i had to still pay as they said i hadnt paid anything yet... finally got that situated... didnt get the chance to look at our room as i was in town for a vendor event and had to go set up due to check in taking so long to check in....finally returned a few hours later after dark. Went to take my baby girl inside before gathering everything as we were parked directly in front of our room on the level floor... as soon as i opened the door and turned on the lights, COCKROACHES scattered EVERYWHERE.... needless to say we got a new room that night which didnt have bugs but wasnt much cleaner... i wouldnt give my baby a bath there.. we found a new place the next night and Will NOT be returning here!!

It was cheap... got less than we paid for. The lobby was closed. Had to register and check out thru a night time after hours window. The sheets were clean but old. Should have been retired long ago. It's a shame they have let this place get kn such bad shape.

The man was extremely rude and hard to deal with. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on.
