“We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn. Lovely friendly staff. The best breakfast. The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend.”

“Beautiful location and the views of the river were stunning. Room was good and spacious with a great few of the river which really made up for everything else. Staff seemed to be a little unhelpful when it came to breakfast as we had no clue where to go, if we were to help ourselves or not.. we just got on with it in the end.. and there was limited options really. Value for money .. I would say it’s alittle over priced for what you get. You pay £30 deposit on top of what you paid for the room...

“Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
