Property was excellent location to city centre train station. Perfect for us! Room was good. Bed was a bit harder than I’d like. Staff were excellent! Breakfast was good and coffee was great! A small fridge in room would be helpful. A great stay. Lots of dining choices within a short walk

The Holiday Inn Express, Temple Meads, Bristol is a short walk from the station which was a real bonus to us, having travelled on the train from Cornwall. I thought the price we paid was excellent value for money especially as it included breakfast. The breakfast was very good. The food was hot. The bacon and sausages were extremely good and tasty. We were given late checkout which was very good for us as we were flying out to Tenerife and our flight wasn't until 4pm. The staff were very good especially Bethany on reception who was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Very noisy with each room having fire doors that slammed all night behind guests going to and from their rooms. No soundproofing from within the hotel, so could here people passing in the hallway. Little sleep had. There appeared to be what looked like cigarette ash in the shower, with the room also looking a bit dated and run down. On the plus side, very nice staff.
