Good location however spending the night in the Presidential Suite i would have expected everything to be perfect No air conditioning as the unit on arrival showed an error message This was obviously not checked thoroughly by house keeping The chap on reception reported it twice starting at 5pm and then later On checking out this was still not fixed and no given apology I expect a follow-up on this from the hotel together with some form of redress as not satisfactory for the room category

These place needs an urgent renovation and needs to be cleaned properly. It may have been nice may years ago but needs more maintenance and care

Old hotel near the train station, 3 mins walk to Liverpool One shopping arcade. However, there is no TV remote control in the room. Also the AC is not working. No phone connected to the front desk.

The room was a great size for a family. But not very clean, lots of dust, the bath jets were full of limescale that was present when running the bath. The bath tap was loose also

Theme was good. Staff were helpful but hallway decor was a bit tired and grubby. Bedding was clean but some parts of bathroom were broken and some areas could do with a deep clean like corners and air vents.

Fantastic experience at this beautiful Hotel. Stayed in a quarter room which had everything we needed and more. The jacuzzi bath was soo good. Will definitely be returning in the future. Very impressed.

Room was gorgeous and staff were extremely helpful. The hot tub bath didn't have a plug and we had to wait over an hour for a spare one to be found. In the evening the electricity tripped after using a hair dryer, all the plug sockets were off for an hour. Again, the staff were extremely helpful and managed to fid the problem.

Unfortunately when we got there we were told there was no heating and an engineer wouldn’t be able to fix it till Monday a small electric heater was provided but wasn’t sufficient.. we were told that they were ringing but we weren’t informed if we had of been we would e cancelled as my partner is not in the best of health , he found it too cold to enjoy our stay

Mix up when checking in. They said we had only booked for 2 adults when we had booked for 4. Tried charging us extra. Showed booking reference which had 4 adults clearly stated and after a little time it was accepted. Bar and breakfast staff were very welcoming. Room was fine but some areas of the hotel needed a little updating.

On arrival was told my room was already vacant 😒 so had to wait over 30mins for a managee to deal with request , then was told heating was broken and there would be a heater in room when we finaly got a room it was cold and no heating provided

Awful ! This hotel needs a good refurbishment, room was dirty bathroom had a strong smell of urine and mood on the tiles. The jacuzzi bath did not work . The room was very noisy , we stayed on a Wednesday evening with two young children and was woken up at 2 am to very loud music from the room next door, so had very little sleep. We booked breakfast but was advised on arrival this had been cancelled as there was no one in to cook it. No bar open either. Only good thing about this hotel is the location!

Booked a luxury double room for 2 and got free complimentary upgrade to a lovely double luxury suite with sofas dining area and kitchen. The lady on reception was lovely so kind of her to do that

Fab stay in room 3-29 Perfect for family of 4 Some TLC needed - such as touch of Paint etc, however, this is true of all hotels and definitely did not compromise stay! Very jolly and attentive reception staff!

Room needed a deep clean. Water jets in the jacuzzi bath looked extremely dirty and were covered in mould!!! The soap was left in the side of the bath from the previous occupants! The bin in the kitchen had also not been emptied!
