“Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant could do more for allergies, very little on the menu for gluten allergy, I understand it can be difficult but other restaurants have a GF menu and strive to include intolerances and allergies. ”

“Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out.”
