“Read the reviews and was slightly put off. But having spent the whole weekend at the hotel, my mind was changed. Staff were very helpful with all questions and information needed. Grounds and views are lovely. Used the spa and pool and enjoyed every minute. Check in and out was very easy, food was amazing (especially the lamb). Will definitely be back to visit in the next few weeks. Only thing I would ask if bottles of water could be put in the annex room, as im very fussy and refuse to drink...

“Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for.
Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned.
Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented.
Hotel room a low 3 star at best.”
