“Beautifull venue, great and very friendly personell. Great room. One minor point, we had a room in the attic and with 30+ and only a ventilator is was very very hot for a long time into the night. But that is the only minor point the staff made up for it in friendlyness and service.”

“Great stay , arrived wet through on dirt bikes , couldn’t have wished for a warmer welcome, kit was dryer off and left in the utility room and a welcome cup of tea and coffee was provided, Lovely hosts , clean room and cracking breakfast , just what was needed in the typical wet wales weather Would love to come back one day with my family, ”

“Fantastic hotel. We stayed for two nights bed and breakfast. We were attending a wedding locally. The host was fabulous. Very personable and friendly. She made us feel so welcome. Helped us with anything we needed. Even helped when we couldn’t get a taxi and drove us personally to our venue. Amazing service. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel x ”

“The room and facilities were superb we didnt want for anything. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were fabulous and friendly and nothing was too much bother, communication was tops notch. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked perfectly, i would not change anything about this place or its staff, we will return and i cant wait thank you Parkers house for a fabulous stay *****5star*****”

“Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.”

“Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly.
