"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"Hotel and grounds were lovely. Unfortunately, the hotel was quiet so no atmosphere at all. There was an honesty bar but it when we went to use it there was a lock on the fridge and no one to ask!. So we had to leave the hotel. Hotel itself was lovely just lacked staff and atmosphere."
