"We stayed here while making our way through Sedona, it’s a few minutes out the main area but I liked that It was, it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, some things needed to be updated but not to the point where it ruined our time being there and nothing was broken. The grounds were clean. My son enjoyed the activities they have, the pool is a good size, they also have free laundry on site and a restaurant. I would definitely comeback to this hotel with my family. "

"The rooms were clean but a bit outdated. We stayed for just a night so it didn’t matter much. We were a large group (3 adults and 3 kids) and felt there was enough space with two queens and a sofa bed. The pool was heated which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was included which was just one selection on the menu. We ordered other things so they applied a $5.95 credit per person if ordering something different from the ‘free’ option. "

"Very small mobile homes, all pretty much the same. I felt very cramped inside. Very dated decor. The outside was quite nice and well maintained. You will be asked to listen to a timeshare pitch. I very firmly said no right at the beginning and was never bothered again. Kitchen was a small gally style. OK for a quick meal, not so much for a fully prepared meal."

"This resort is a great location if you want to get out of busy Sedona. We wanted to go to Jerome, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, and Sedona, and was easy to get to all of them from there. Also, the location is very peaceful. The room itself was quiet, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the office gave any extra supplies as needed, such as garbage bags, dishwasher pods, towels, etc. The grounds and pool/hot tubs were well maintained. The neighborhood was safe for an evening walk. We would highly recommend and stay again if we’re back in AZ. "
