"We loved this place, staff were kind friendly and helpful. They set up airport transportation, tuk Tuks to go places, helped with organizing tours. You can walk to river side lunch cruise area. It was clean and had a great restaurant. We enjoyed our 2 nights there! "
"Very enjoyable stay. I was greeted every time walking up to the front desk. Amazing hospitality at the resort. Monkey and duck feeding was very fun. The resort has a great restaurant on site serving a lot of options including Vegan options. They offer ride service to multiple attractions near by including Zipline, Dinner buffet boat ride, chocolate hills observation deck, chocolate hills, tarsier sanctuary and more. "I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. "

Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again.
Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"
"Hotel was clean. Room was comfy. Showers and toilet modern and roomy. Overall room was modernized with the exception of no television. Staff was friendly. Indoor Pool was refreshing, except there are no places to sit along the pool. "

"I would highly recommend the Henann Tawala Resort to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel that sets very high service standards and excellent facilities.Location is perfect,close to lots of eateries and some shopping.The rooms are very clean,modern and have everything that you need.The resort’s grounds are well maintained so are all the pool areas.From the time you check in to the time you check out you are really looked after.A special mention to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my Birthday a special one during my stay.I am very impressed with this Resort and give it a 10/10.Well Done"
