“What did we like? Here goes..warm welcome, clear information on breakfast and room details. Although this looks like an old hotel it I assume it has had a lot of money spent on upgrades to retain "Ye Olde" feel to it. Room was not massive but very well decorated with lovely solid sleigh bed. En-suite was very up to date with nice shower and endless hot water. Tiled floor but underfloor heating so not getting back in to bed with ice cold feet after a 3am loo trip. Sockets at bed side tables...

“Such a lovely place, what a location. We first went in late 2020 and had a wonderful suite, this time we were in a standard room. We had a loch view which was lovely as we were celebrating two birthdays! The staff are so friendly, thank you all. There is a newer more modern part and the older historic building - we’ve been in the older bit both times. As the building is older, you can’t expect it to be clinical like a new build!
