“Great location and the rooms were well maintained and staff were friendly and assisted with getting a taxi to the cruises on time.”

“Room is clean. ”

“Too old everything including room itself, too cold room in October, and too slow wi-fi. Never recommend.”

“This hotel exceeded ALL of my expectations. Great staff that went the extra mile when asked and provided useful city advice. A superb breakfast buffet A cozy room and comfy bed. The location was right in the center of town. The price per night was very acceptable compared to nearby hotels.”

“Reception staff were excellent, particularly Emily & Heather. Food was very good. Rooms are misrepresented & significantly overpriced.”

“Check in staff was excellent. The common areas were visibly dirty - not vacuumed/smudged on surfaces/food and drinks left on tables and chairs. Our room was terrible - very small and smelly. Was not serviced either.”

“Great location, space was fine, parking was a bonus.”

“Stayed the night, It was a nice stay, they do have a lot of stairs, so be warned. But great staff!”
