The room is little stuffy and hot in summer. I stayed in a family room. There were 2 electric fans but one of them was broken.
Reception and staff were friendly.

Great amenities - perfect for a family friendly stay
The cosy room we had was certainly that, with the double bed against the wall, although there was a cupboard for hanging clothes and plenty of drawers. The ensuite was very small, and would have been better with more than 1 hook for towels. Shower worked well and area was clean. Tea and coffee facilities in room good. Breakfast offering was plentiful and well cooked. Good to have fresh porridge available every day, and haggis in the hot offerings. Pastries and fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals, so everything you could want.
Plenty of car parking, and the hotel is convenient for a base while doing some local walks, though we drove to the local lochs and Cairngorms carparks to set off.
Rooms were very good, nice and clean. Pool was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed on first night that,we couldn't order food in foyer bar area but two nights later they were seving food there.
Hotel has improved since we were there three years ago when it was very disorganised.
Nothing to complain about at all , great place to stay & central to all days out . Coming again soon & will book next size room up.

Had a good stay. Parking was good. Checked in at 3pm and was in my room within 10 minutes. Bar was good. I didn’t eat in the hotel. Couldn’t get the shower to work. Room was fine (in the main hotel). I would go back.
The staff at reception were extremely nice and breakfast was amazing, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable (hair on the floor and in the shower). Other than that, the hotel is great for kids as it has a lot of fun amenities.
Stayed for one night. The room was very cosy and warm and clean extra pillows very nice shower also had dinner food was outstanding staff were very helpful and attentive to any request we had amazing big playground for kids spotless to pool gym. I couldn't fault this hotel staff will go above and beyond to make sure ur needs are met. Very very nice hotel they have everything u need overall it was the staff they were fantastic, very warming and polite family friendly pets to amazing place.also little arcades for the kids and bigger kids lol.
Had a great stay at the Coylumbridge Resort Hotel. The staff were excellent. The hotel and facilities were great. The room was in good condition, clean and the en-suite seemed newly refurbed.
A very enjoyable stay good value for money.
Just one night, room was clean and large, bed ok.
breakfast was good but overpriced a wee bit .only serve till 9.30, 10 at weekend.
Lovely Ukraine lady at the desk, waiters were good too.
The hotel was fine, but the day I went there were only 2 receptionists on duty instead of the 4 who were needed (2 were unwell and not working) which meant everyone who arrived between 5 and 6 (usual time!) had to wait more than an hour to be checked in, even if they had 'checked in online' as requested. This was the case even for families with small children, as well as pensioners like myself. There should have been a 'back-up system' to cover such staff illness.
The room was larger than I had booked, but it was upstairs and there is no lift. The bathroom had a nice low bath and good shower over, so that was fine.
Breakfast was well-staffed, and the buffet was very good.

Absolutely brilliant value for money, and a fab resort that's family and pet friendly. If the check-in process could be made m9re efficient, it would be 5 stars.
Rooms are basic but hotel is family friendly and lots to do with the kids on site. The pool being closed for several hours in the afternoon on sat and sun isn ’t ideal though. Breakfast was great and bar food fair enough. It wasn’t clear that it was only bbq food in the woodshed on Fridays
