“Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut und modern ausgestattet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig - mit täglich wechselndem Special. Craig, einer der Gastgeber, macht einen super Job und hat eine sehr gute Auswahl an lokalen Bieren. Das Townhouse Aberfeldy ist absolut zu empfehlen.”

“It was a quiet, clean place to stay. The best part was the breakfast! The workers were very pleasant and make it obvious that they worked toward making your stay a pleasant one. One tip: better signage to lead guests to the check-in office, and please place the bath mat out in the open as the shower without it was quite slippery.”

“A picture perfect inn in a beautiful little town. The meal we had was exceptionally delicious. The rooms were clean and nicely updated yet historically cozy. The staff were all helpful and kind and friendly. Breakfast was beautifully displayed and servings were huge ! Wish we had stayed more than one night - fabulous place.”

“There is no staff present and the hosts don't reply when you email them. The rooms are cozy and clean but not sound proof. Breakfast is provided along with fresh eggs but there's no way to cook them other than in a microwave. The bathroom has a tub and a handheld shower, impossible for anyone to shower without wetting the entire bathroom. The bathroom sink is little more than a birdbath. No fan or ventilation other than opening the front door.”

“Such a lovely place to stay. Clean, quiet, the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The gentleman who checked me in was so kind. Plus, the shower was divine - hot and water pressure was magnificent. The bed was PERFECT! Couldn’t complain at all! My only disappointment was that for a 400-year-old building, I didn’t see a single ghost! :D Highly recommend!”

“I really liked this hotel. It has the faded glamour of a Victorian Manor House. It needs updating as it is a bit tatty in places. However, the staff were lovely, it's very convenient for Pitlochry and the restaurant was excellent and good value. They have a pool but we didn't try it”
