"The hotel is very quaint and was the perfect location for our event during the Eureka Springs Corvette Show. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and happy to assist when needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, in any hotel. Lots of fluffy pillows and extra blankets were available, if needed. The bath towels are large and very absorbent. The fire pit, sauna and cold plunge were awesome as well. The shower area is rather small and the hot water temperature could be a tad warmer. My only significant complaint centered around the main lodge area where the coffee is served. Since most rooms do not come equipped with coffee makers, guests must go over to the lodge’s office to get coffee. They advertise as being open at 0700 each day, which is a bit late for those of us who are early risers, but in reality, the office opens at 0700 and then it takes the staff another 10 to 15 minutes to brew the first pot of coffee. If coffee hours are advertised as being open at 0700 that should mean coffee is ready to be served to customers. This morning my husband went to grab a cup of coffee at 730 and the office wasn’t even open. So while almost everything else exceeded our expectations, the frustration over this coffee issue every morning was a big negative for us."

"Property was very secluded and clean. The owners are always helpful both at this property and the sister property Sugar Ridge. The only thing with this cabin is there is not a shower so you have to stand or sit in the jacuzzi tub and use the hand held shower head which is ok but my husband is tall so it was a little challenging for him. Overall 5 stars!"
