Bathroom in particular had old tub with chipped spots and caulking coming loose around base. Toilet seat loose. Carpeting, especially in hallways appeared dirty and worn. Lots of noise from other rooms, particularly could hear small children crying and making noise in rooms on the same floor. Could hear any movements of furniture from room directly above. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

It was a very friendly and clean facility we've have stayed at. The price was very reasonable as well.

Very kind front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed my stay and will stay there anytime I’m in town.

Everything was fine...Room was very cool due to the outside temp being below zero. Heat was unable to keep up. 68 was as high as we could get the room temperature.

There was a lot of water pouring into the building where guests sit down to eat when it was raining and you could tell that this was not a first time leak because there was a crack going down around the window with brown streaks around the tub in the suite we stayed in was dirty looking and you could see where around the counter in the bathroom needed to be sealed again.

It was OK. I've stayed here at the holidays for many years. My only complaints are (1) the toilet is super noisy and (2) my room was not serviced on Thanksgiving day.

Efron the manager harrassed me over my service dog. Asked for his general manager and he wouldn't provide me any contact information for him. Worst experience in an IHG hotel. Made me take my dog off the property. Very unprofessional and very rude. Will not recommend staying here for work or pleasure. Hotel owners should check into the actions of there management. Efron acted like a complete idiot in front of guests and workers embarrassing me and defamating my character. Miguel the GM wound not take my calls to resolve this matter. Very poor representation of this establishment. I am a bonvoy member and this incident makes me think twice about their involvement with their management

Parking can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening. Trucks take up a lot of car spaces.

It was a very noisy night. I feel like I could hear every door slamming on the 2nd and 3rd floors. When my child used the restroom our own bathroom door slammed shut. Maybe doing something so every door in the building can't slam shut would keep the noise to a better level?
