Had a really great experience. Had a renovation disaster at home and needed a place to stay quickly. They got us in the same day. Room was really nice and clean. The beds were very very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. Staff was kind and friendly.

Excellent location, good service in counter area. Need improve the breakfast area. The food finished too early before 9am. Overall I recommend this location for stay. Clean rooms and location in centric area very close with groceries stores and dining.

Some reservations have restrictions, like your reservation was for a minimum 3-night stay for a lower daily rate the system blocked us from adjusting any dates. We understand travel plans change but in the future please book directly with us we have the flexibility to change dates. We hope you understand and stay with us to enjoy the clean rooms and friendly staff.

Also, breakfast is important and we follow our brand-recommended breakfast fresh hot waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, and juice. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was conveniently located. Parking was good. The hotel was very clean. . The only draw back was the construction going on or I would have given all 5 stars.
I would definitely go back there again.

I loved that the property was centrally located and within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was easy to park and the parking lot was well lit. This property does not have an elevator though so if your room is on the 2nd floor you will have to carry everything up the stairs. As a senior this was a little difficult for me and the staff did not offer any assistance.

Hotel has cockroaches. Staff and management were extremely rude and refused to clean the room. Offered me a broom to clean room myself. Never apologized. Hotel manager refused to come to the hotel to speak with me. I would never stay at this location or it affiliates ever again.

Overall my stay at the Quality Inn was ok...the room was clean and so was the bathroom...no complaints other than the very simple complimentary breakfast. Trust me, it is a very simple breakfast. Other than an ongoing renovation the hotel was quite and served its overnight purpose.

We are sorry the toilet overflowed in your room. Normally we charge for damages but we waived the cost to fix the toilet. Please read what our other guests are saying like clean rooms friendly staff and the best location for dining choices.
This hotel was simple and clean. The beds were nice.
We didnt enjoy anything eles we just slept and left. Good overall stay.
I think the negative reviews are from a construction period and thats all over now.
