โFantastic customer service. Very clean hotel. Relaxing contemporary gorgeous views fab location but not for older or those with mobility issues. Steep hill. Shower poweful. Kitchen equipment spot on. Definitely stay again โ
โAlthough I did not use but there was a surfing pool in this resort which surely be what manias can enjoy. The room was clean and cozy but the breakfast was so-so when thinking of the accommodation fee.โ
โWe have just returned from a perfect, three generational holiday at the Occidental. We needed a hotel that was a short transfer from Palma airport , close to a beach and suitable for a toddler, teens and 20-30 year-olds and a Nana that likes quiet. The Occidental not only met these expectations but surpassed them. If you read the poor reviews they need to be ignored, because anyone looking for a relaxing or family holiday, then magaluf in general is not the place to go.
