"The room we got looked nothing like the “family loft” advertised. It was two single beds pushed together on one side and a sofa bed on the other, separated by a curtain. Not what the pictures suggested at all. The noise was a serious issue. Parties inside the hotel and a guest on the neighbouring balcony on the phone from 3am to 5am. We called reception multiple times that night and got no answer. When we brought it up the next morning, we were told we should have reported it — which was frustrating given that we tried and no one picked up. The neighbourhood itself is well located — easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. But even off-season, the area is quite loud, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. One last note: the hotel entrance is not easy to spot. Our Uber couldn’t find it and had to drop us some distance away — with three bags and two strollers, that’s not a small inconvenience. There’s potential here given the location, but between the misleading room photos, the noise, and the unhelpful response from staff, it fell well short of expectations."

"So to start with the positives. This hotel has the most beautiful views and the rooms were nice. The main issue I have is I thought we were booked into the sister hotel, the booking was very very misleading and another person I spoke to stating there said the same The food was absolutely terrible. Made me think of what I would expect prison food to be like! The staff were ok but I wouldn’t say go above and beyond. Not much going on for the kids! If I re booked here I would stay self catering! Luckily we were only there 2 nights. If I had been there a week I would have been fuming With the food"

"The hotel itself is a very nice property in a beautiful location. However the pictures of the rooms can be misleading. While you think you are getting a room with a balcony like the pictures, it’s actually just a tiny little ledge with no space to stand. Additionally, the front desk staff were super unhelpful and a bit rude when we were checking in/inquiring about amenities. We also mentioned our AC in the room not working and were just dismissed. The area itself is also full of partiers and expensive tourist shops, so if that’s not your vibe, then this may not be the best stay. While it’s a beautiful location, I would definitely stay at a different part of the island than this as I know other parts have less tourists while still having gorgeous scenery and beaches."

"Great location close to a beach. Easy to go from the hotel pool to take a swim at the sea. Hotel locates on top of a steep hill, so walking to the hotel may require some fitness :) Has gym with quite new and good shape equipment. However, we would have apprecited a proper leg macine. Good room with a fridge and an excellent bed. We liked the open wardrope arrangrement (no doors but with drawers). Amazing sea view. Pretty new bathroom (but no toilet seat brush). No disturbing noise coming from streets or bars. Hotel’s sound isolation is not the best one. In our last night we suffered from noisy hotel guest slamming doors and speaking loudly. Very good brakfast. Also the snack/ lunch food at the pool bar was excellent. Even pool rules forbids reserving the sun beds, some hotel guests started to reserve the beds 1..2 hours before they finally come to the pool area. Other guests were kind of forced to do the same. Hotel staff ignored it. Overall we could recommend this hotel."
