“Room was wide and clean with a modern, newly renovated appearance! The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Location was very close to the central station. The staff tried their best to accommodate my needs (earlier check in, luggage storage etc.) Highly recommend this place!”

“I don’t think I will stay there again after stayed 3 nights.. When I talked with the staff when we arrived she said they will provide the water more if we want so I thought they will give us more free water. I asked another staff in the evening and he said if we finish free bottle then just drink water in the fridge and pay for it. He shouted on the phone and even I asked him to come to my room to show the price list he kept yelling at me in front of my mom. We paid almost 1200 euro for 3 nights...

“We checked in quite and late and whilst staff was helpful, he seemed quite condescending when we couldn’t find the entrance as it’s in an alleyway. The room is rather clean but we still found insects in the bed aswell as bathroom. It’s very central but noisy and the stairs to the room aren’t great. We were given no information about WiFi, checkout etc, and as it was rather cold, we were surprised that there were no duvets in the room. It was ok for a night but I wouldn’t stay here again.”
