Room was clean, staff was friendly, whole purpose of staying two nights was so the kids could use the pool but it was broken so that was a huge disappointment. Almost turned down the room/stay and decide to go somewhere else because of it.

Excellent property!

Our experience was great. We arrived early but we’re allowed to check in had to wait for the room to be cleaned which was no big deal. Jennifer was extremely helpful with assisting us in finding a nearby lake to do some fishing. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great. In all; an excellent stay, I wish I had known about the grill on the patio sooner but hey, you live and learn.

The entire experience could best be described as the most pleasant hotel surprise in 10-plus years traveling for my current job. The room was spacious and clean. It had all the TV channels a sports fan guest could want. There was a large Kwik Trip just down the street and a Piggly Wiggly -- both clean with food, drink options if you didn't want to do the McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc., on the same stretch. It is a locally run hotel that was previously part of a chain and you can see the care given to it being neat, clean and inviting.
