"I booked a week before, the room to stay in Pune to stay on 8 - 9 May. I fully paid. Except the mail from Expedia, there was no communication from the Stay staff. The mobile number given was not working. I had to book another hotel after reaching the place. They cheated us"

We arrived early after our flight landed well ahead of schedule. The staff was welcoming and graciously accommodated our early check-in request. The room was clean and pleasantly spacious. Bellman Swapnil was professional, courteous and always eager to help. Breakfast was included in our package and offered a wide variety of tasty options."
