The room was cozy and quaint in the local style . There were a few slight maintenance issues. Bed was functional but not very comfortable. The food was good, the 2 breakfast we had were very good.

Charming small hotel, lovingly renovated and curated by owner-manager. I had a ground-floor bedroom that was still quiet and cozy. Comfortable bed with very classically designed toilet and bath. The breakfast was delicious and served in a garden extension of the original house.

It was a one night stay and it was a nice one. This is more like bed & breakfast, and it is really cute. I would stay again.

Great little place. We were only there overnight to see a concert at Twickenham but Dean was an excellent friendly and helpful host. Could do with a bit more parking but we got in early so it wasn't an issue. Couldn't manage much of the huge breakfast due to be severely hungover but great food nonetheless.

I stayed for a single night, arriving at about 9:30pm. The area was quiet, there was free parking and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly. Breakfast the next day was good. Enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Cobwebs and dust on the staircase. My husband went downstairs to look for the woman in charge , looked in the kitchen door for her and was yelled at for doing so. Only 4 parking spots. But the bedroom was small, but comfortable. Very loud banging on a pipe (maybe 15 times) next door after we went to bed. Needless to say, not our favorite hotel stay of the trip.

It was good that I could check in early. Location is good, room was a bit to hot but it was ok. 9.90£ for breakfast. I wish they did a 40£crew rate per night.

Nice room, location very convenient for Heathrow Airport. Breakfast was delicious and affordable. Restaurants within walking distance.

Little Haven
After an exhausting day of travelling we were welcomed by a smiling face. We immediately felt comfortable & settled down in the garden with a coffee. Peace & quiet at last. A cold beer followed as evening set in & the garden was lit up. A wonderful old house with a pleasant garden area. There is some aircraft noise however the property has double glazing. We wished to be close to the airport not London. Food & alcohol is available on the premises.

Very convenient for Twickenham
Hotel a little tired, in need of some repairs and external work. Breakfast basic could perhaps offer toast and jam after the main course with butter/spread for yourself (toast is pre buttered and served on breakfast plate). However it was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros and cons
It was a very warm evening and due to there being no air con I had to have the windows fully open. Against a busy road and facing Heathrow this made for an interesting nights sleep. That said, good parking, cool vibe and great breakfast.

We stayed for one night before traveling abroad. What an amazing place. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 children. A super spacious and quirky duplex apartment that can easily accommodate 6 people. Two toilets. Underfloor heating. Beds comfortable. Staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. You won't be disappointed. :))

Excellent hospitality.
Great hospitality. As we were due to arrive quite late, we were called to confirm our arrival time and, on arrival, were made very welcome despite the late hour. The room was very comfy and great value. Will definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

OK.. but not worth the money
Rooms are small and dark. You can hear other guests through walls. Not much privacy. Nice and helpful owner. Which is a plus.

Nice & cheap....easy to reach from LHR Terminal4
Hotel staffs are very welcoming & co-operative. They help you with your luggage the moment you get down from your cab. During my stay, I accidentally broke one of their paintings hanging in the staircase, but they were cool & polite and did not charge me for that. In a word, it can be a very good option for a short stay.

Hard to find the hotel for the taxi driver.
The room was so small I could hardly turn around. The bathroom, though, clean, had few towels, no glass, and the shower leaked onto the floor. The bed was awful, and the window rattled all night long. had to leave early, but teh teapot didn't work.

the rooms are lovely and comfortable, with a very short walk to the feltham station to train to central London. The staff were extremely helpful to me when I required help and I had a lovely stay

Not a hotel and not at the airport
This 'hotel' is basically a B&B masquerading as a hotel. The name suggests it is at Heathrow airport, and clicking on the map does nothing to dissuade you from this impression, as it appears right at the terminal. In fact it's in Feltham, a £30 cab ride away, so factor that in to your budget. Despite having to provide all payment details on the website to secure the booking at the advertised price, I was informed of an extra 4% charge on arrival by the owner, the only staff member we saw apart from the cleaner during our stay. We were promptly put through the credit card machine in what felt and looked like the living room, including a family member installed on sofa watching. Not the best welcome I've had after an international arrival. We were then told our apartment required a further walk (with luggage) around the block to another site. The apartment was in fact quite beautiful and well appointed, but poorly managed and maintained. Appliances lying about look careless, and whilst I'm sure the intention was to make them easy to find, an iron in a torn cardboard box on top of a lovely chest suggests some confusion of purpose. The closing mechanism for the French door was broken off, as were several other pieces of the window hardware. Nice makeup mirror if it wasn't hanging by its wires. Quite stuffy on arrival and sleeping area prone to be very hot in summer as it is elevated and under the roof. and without air conditionithing, two double beds in luxury apartment? Wierd.
