친절하나 시설별로
직원들은 친절합니다, 역이랑도 가까워서 나쁘진않아요 깔끔한 동네이기도하구요 하지만 청소기조차 안돌리는지 방이 완전 건조하고 먼지 덩어리 그자체에요. 바로 컨디션 저하되면서 감기걸려버림. 침대 매트릭스는 스프링이 없는지 너무 푹꺼져서 허리가아픔

빅토리아역 인근 쾌적한 호텔
빅토리아역에서 도보 10분 거리에 위치하고 있고, 근처에 대형 마트도 있어 편리합니다. 호텔 조식은 샌드위치, 과일, 빵 등이 나오는데 괜찮습니다. 다만 일반적인 호텔과는 달리, 지하에도 객실이 꽤나 있는 편이고, 지하로 내려가는 계단이 좁고 가파르기 때문에 지하를 원치 않으시는 분은 사전에 확인하시는 것이 좋겠습니다

너무안전하고 편안했던 여행
빅토리아역 근처 자체가 밤늦게 다녀도 안전했던거 같아요. 일단 숙소근처가 조용하고 밝아서 다른지역에 비해 너무 안전하고 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 근처가 부촌인가..? 생각이 들정도로 깨끗하고 좋았네요. 킹스크로스역보다 빅토리아역이 훨씬좋아요. 다음에도 빅토리아역쪽에 숙소잡을거고. 조식은 간단하게 요거트 빵 햄 치즈. 매일먹으면 조금 질리는데. 깔끔하니 좋음. 물은 2일에한병정도 주는거같고. 조식식당에 정수기있음. 단점은 조금춥고 엘베가없음.. 나머지는 다 만족

half floor room was terrible.
they gave me half basement floor and it was worst thing. if i knew my room would be that, i didnt reserve it. so view in the room was terrible and i could not keep my private things. moreover, they dont have wine opener so i should open my wine by my shoe.(some blog told me). but location, cleaness, breakfast good.

런던 빅토리아 코치 스테이션 바로 근처에 위치하고 있어 런던에 잠시 들렸다가 다른곳에 여행하는 여행객에게 특화되어 있는 호텔입니다. 위치상 호텔 방 크기는 좁았으나 내부 시설은 나름 만족했고, 청소 상태도 좋았습니다. 빅토리아 코치 스테이션에서 다른 곳으로 여행하는 여행객에게 추천할만 합니다

The staff were excellent and the room was very clean. The property is old and the walls are thin, you can hear everyone if they are on the staircase which can be hard for light sleepers. The bathroom was my favorite part, it was clean and the water pressure was perfect! We were located in the 300 rooms so we had to climb four sets of stairs which was tiring but there is nothing the hotel can really do to remedy that!

Destacaría la ubicación está muy cerca de la estación de tren, metro y autobuses. Todo bastante limpio y bien cuidado. Bastante silencioso. Lo peor que no tiene ascensor y nos dieron la ultima planta, un cuarto, creo y escaleras muy estrechas. El personal educado pero no tienen ni idea de español.

Really great location, 10min walk from Victoria station and tons of dining and pubs in the area, as well as tourist sites. I got the single bed on first floor, it's comfortable and you get what you pay for more or less. The bathroom is large and shower had great heat/water pressure. It also came with complimentary breakfast buffet. The room was a bit dated, heat didn't really match thermostat settings, and you have to request an ironing board and iron (they gave an old one that leaked water and had burn stains from previous users, only reason I knocked 1 star off).

Very close to Victoria Station - great if you arrive at Gatwick airport; surprisingly quiet; grocery store and good restaurants (recommend Sicily) nearby.

The staff was very friendly . A great walkable location that was close to the transfer station. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had plenty of options. The housekeeper was one of the best I’ve encountered. They even left a thank you card and Christmas stocking in our room on our last day. I will definitely stay there again!

Great small hotel in an excellent location
A lovely overnight stay (business) in a great area with plenty of places to eat. Compact but nice room with a double bed, lots of hot water and the complementary biscuits with tea/coffee was a nice touch. Free continental breakfast was good, in the small breakfast room finished my 1-night stay. Great value for money and friendly helpful staff.

Vi fik et værelse i husets kælder, som man på bedste Harry Potter stil fandt vej til gennem en lav dør under trappen. Vejen ned i kælderen var snæver og ikke for gangbesværede. Værelset var koldt.

The room was so tiny we had nowhere to put our luggage our costs nothing. It was ridiculously small and nothing like the pictures we saw when we were booking. I only recommend if you are coming alone.

Disappointing and over- priced.
Location is great. Bed uncomfortable, pillows flat and hard ; as a result poor quality sleep, not helped on our first night by drunk couple loudly arguing and repeatedly ringing the door bell in the early hours of the morning ( ? 24 hr reception ). Could only get out of 1 side of the bed. Small , impractical space - little room to put belongings. The only towel rail in bathroom is over 6 ft high and positioned over the toilet ! Nowhere to put hand towel for wash basin or toiletries. Breakfast is adequate - mostly items wrapped up in plastic. Bearable to stay for 1-2 nights max. Genuinely curious about how this is 4 star rated. Expensive for quality of what is provided.

Nice little B&B. Great location, the location is everything. Streets are adorable, great restaurants and close to train stations, bus stations, and many London atractions. Excellent if you don’t plan to stay much time in the room. Didn’t have any problems.
