"The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring London, with Tower Hill tube station directly below the hotel and many of the city’s major attractions within easy reach. The hotel also offers excellent amenities, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. It’s a great all-round choice for a visit to London. There was a small issue with the initial room allocation, as the room provided wasn’t quite as booked. After speaking with the check-in team, we were kindly moved to an alternative room, and the matter was handled promptly and professionally. A special mention must go to Rico, who was exceptionally helpful throughout and is a real credit to the citizenM team. His friendly, professional and accommodating approach was very much appreciated and made the whole situation easy to resolve. My only critique would be that the room was a little more compact than we had expected, and the layout means you need to navigate around the bed to access it. However, the room itself was comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Overall, we had a very positive stay and would happily return. The excellent location, amenities, comfortable room and friendly service make this a great option for anyone visiting London."

"Check in..total nightmare, absolutely no need to be entering ALL your personal details and home address again after booking online, this creates a huge queue and lots of frustration. Room needed a good hoover, lots of hairs including in the bed, food crumbs and dust. Sink smelt like sewage when the tap was running. Only decent thing about the stay was the air-conditioning, the silence and the 2 second check out. Not worth almost 200 quid a night...AT ALL."

"The room was larger than normal for London. It was comfortable and quiet. The staff were quite accommodating, very pleasant all the way around. Breakfast was wonderful. The lifts were quick."
