Property was clean and staff was friendly. Food was mid(5/10) eggs are bit rubbery and sausage taste a little funny but everything else taste good. The shower was also a bit strange, but was good running water. Building looks nice as well and book parking in advance they only have about 6 slots in front of the hotel. But overall good and will go back.

Smelly room in the basement. Very limited breakfast with cramped chairs. You get what you pay for - and if you are on a budget this is not an awful place... just don't expect top quality facilities. (However, I have been in similar 'down market' options in central London that cost twice as much and were no better!) Basically anywhere is London is expensive and if budget is your main concern then this place is not too bad and fairly well connected within a 15 minute walk of Stratford / the Elizabeth Line...

Unfortunately, there were essentially 3 aspects no aligned with expectations from what has been seen in the website when booking the room: (1) breakfast too much basic service, lack of willingness to satisfy the customer, hard from one person doing most of it all the time(in top of the fact the cooling system for the drinks was turn off many times guess was to save electricity bills; (2) the room didn't match the pictures in terms of size and available windows (didn't expect to be in such space again compared to what is shown prior reservation) and (3) finally when facing a maintenance problem in the room with the temperature management there was nothing proposed to compensate the lack of performance

Relatively easy parking as its quiet tight Staff friendly at reception ,breakfast nice apart from the fried eggs Bathroom nice & clean On a main road so pretty noisy at night especially if you want to keep the window open ,but not much you can do about that as like I say its on a main road overall I would come again eventhough I believe parking should be within the overall cost

良いところ ・部屋が概ね綺麗　 ・トイレやお風呂などもひどい汚れはない ・朝食が付いている（簡易的なEnglish Breakfast とても嬉しい！） ・スタッフの人が優しい（初日に話ができて嬉しかった） 注意するところ ・ベッドシーツに若干ほこり？がついている（私は許容できる程度） ・ティッシュは部屋にない ・地域の治安がすごい良いわけではないので、夜中に駅から歩いて帰るのはお勧めしない。私はすぐ目の前にバス停を利用した。（便利！）

The Hotel seems newly renovated. The room and bathroom is perfect for a night's stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good. The issue is that i just could not sleep! The window glazing appears inadequate for the noisy and busy road. There was a loose drain cover on the road and you constantly heard cars driving over it. I wont stay at this Hotel again unfortunately. Management must invest in better glazing for the road facing rooms.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer lag etwas ungünstig, da der Raucherbereich in unmittelbarer Nähe war und man so morgens mit Zigarettenduft geweckt wurde. Trotzdem kann ich es empfehlen, mit dem Zusatz ein Zimmer zur hinteren Seite zu nehmen.

We liked how close it was to the city without the big price tag. You can walk to the Stratford station in about 20 mins, from there you can get almost anywhere. The staff were phenomenal and super kind. Breakfast was decent as well. Rooms are small, but that's all you need when travelling. Would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable and convenient stay
Conveniently placed about a 10-min walk from Forest Gate Tube station and also a ton of take-out places and shops for places to eat. I did get a little side-tracked on the way by a building that had Hotel DC signage outside, but then realised it was the much nicer building further up opposite the car wash. Staff were really friendly and helped with my suitcase on arrival. Room size was decent, although the bathroom was a little cramped - not sure I would have enjoyed the stay as much if I had been sharing with another person. Body wash is provided by the hotel, I would advise taking your own toiletries. Wi-Fi connection was decent on my laptop, a little iffy on my phone. The only thing I found a little uncomfortable was the lighting - the overhead lights are unmercifully bright when you lie down and a lamp or something would have really helped a lot.

Great stay
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, staff were really friendly, rooms were very nice and modern. They do provide hairdryers and extra pillows if you need them. If we were to visit Stratford again I would definitely stay with them as it was a very reasonable price. Thank you :)

Very friendly staff at check-in which made the process really simple. Room was clean, tidy and well presented. Great value for people who have to stay away from home for work purposes. Lobby looked welcoming with complimentary hot drinks & juices.

Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin erst nachts angekommen und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Sogar Snacks und Getränke gab es noch so spät. Die Lage ist in Bezug auf die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel auch sehr gut. 2 U-Bahn-Stationen, sowie Bushaltestellen in naher Umgebung. Einzig die Gegend an sich macht einen etwas schmutzigen und nicht sehr wohlfühlenden Eindruck. Teilweise liegt viel Müll auf der Straße und die Anwohner sind teils sehr seltsame Gestalten... Das Frühstück in der Unterkunft kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich nicht frühstücke. Es sah aber ganz ordentlich aus. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist ausbaufähig (viel Staub auf nicht genutzten Flächen und Haare und Krümel im Bett), aber im Großen und Ganzen war es ok. Ich würde wieder kommen!
