The "standard" room is very small! There is room for a double bed, elevated like a bunk bed. The bathroom was likewise small. The standard room is really intended for 1 person rather than 2. All that said, the room was clean as was the bathroom. I did have to go and get another bath towel as there was only one. We included the breakfast which was a blessing. There were a lot of options to choose from on the cold as well as the hot side. The pizza the night before was not the best. The staff was very helpful and nice to talk to.

The Hub was a great place to stay for my first time in London. It was central to where I wanted to be and go. I felt safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I liked how they treated you as a friend and not just guest/employee. Yazmin specifically was amazing with the service and provided good conversation!

Really close to the tube. Breakfast was great. The only real complaint is that no one seemed to know when the kitchen closed for the night. I got several different answers. The same person seemed to be tending the desk and the bar and the kitchen — lack of staff seemed to be an issue. Nice place, though.

I was skeptical but I actually loved it! Super convenient to trains/ tube. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a no window room but didn’t feel closer it. It’s definitely compact but well laid out. I was solo so maybe too tight for 2 adults but it had everything you needed! Will definitely stay again!

Great recption on arrival. Cheerful staff. Free coffee 24/7. Happy hour between 5pm-7pm. Breakfast is decent. The hotel room we had was excellent. Definitively a higher end hotell for a lower price. I recommend this.

The staff was great, easy check in process, small fee for early check-in, they held our bags after check out so we could explore the city more before our train to Paris. Great location, maybe a 7 to 10min walk from Kings Cross for the train. Best sleep we got in a long time, quiet room on the first floor. Bar is open 24 hours with a cute and comfortable seating area to converse or get work done. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

Great location that is walkable distance to St Pancreas station if traveling to other countries through Eurostar. Spacious room. Only complaint was water pressure on faucet for your hands was a little sparce.
