"I stayed in a previous hotel without AC (not advertised) so I change to The Strand and it was a nice renovated room with a great clean and bright bathroom and the best of all that it had a working AC "

"The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. We tried the room service and our food was promptly delivered and everything was delicious. The only thing that I would say that this hotel could improve on is that the air freshener is a bit strong. "

"Great stay! Rooms are small but nice and newly renovated. Downside is the doors are really tight so you have to slam and push them to close. This meant lots of other people doing the same which was disturbing. Great for the price and location"
