The room only had one chair where the TV was where the pictures showed a love seat. we requested a new room there were non available. We planned for 3 nights only stayed 1 we canceled the other 2 nights waiting for a refund. The unit was not comfortable for two people. It was made to accommodate 1 person not 2. It was a bad experience. I would not stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean and centrally located to Kings Cross Underground. The only thing that bothered us was the people upstairs were quite noisy in the middle of the night. Mind you we were on the first floor. I’m sure the upper floor did not have thing problem. Overall a good experience!

Very close to Kings Cross underground and a surprisingly (mostly) quiet street. Clean, modern apartment with good facilities. Access instructions were clear and worked well. Very happy with our stay there.

The suite needs a few more things in it to make it comfortable for longer stays - suggestions have been shared with the property management, so maybe future guests will see those improvements. Overall a decent place to stay in a great location in terms of transit, etc.

Great location, just 5 minutes from St Pancras station for Eurostar trains. Apartment clean and tidy, kitchen with oven. Comfy bed, TV. Woul recommend.

Great London apartment

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, everything I needed (including an emergency stash of shower gel which was perfect as I'd forgotten mine!). Only downside is the bed was very creaky/noisy and wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great, I'd happily stay again. Absolutely fantastic service - the instructions and videos/photos to help check in etc were so helpful.

It was an excellent location, very close to the train station and some nice restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and clean but the property itself was old so there was a stinky smell when we got into the room. After opening the windows with some fresh air in, it was much better.

Great room and location

We stayed 3 nights and that was so comfortable. I had stayed in different hotels in kings cross region and was so small, heating of the rooms had problem. But in here, shower, heating etc was great we never felt cold. They also helped about early checkin. We could leaver our luggages when we arrived to London. Housekeepers was so kind. Location is also great. I always prefer to stay Kings cross region and that hotel was my number one.

Apartment was clean and in a super convenient location, barely any noise at night despite being near a busy road, super easy contactless check-in which was great as we didn't arrive into London until about 11pm due to delayed trains, but it didn't feel like it was well equipped for 2 people - only had one bedside table and one chair in the living area so if we wanted to spend an evening in, then one of us had to sit on a dining chair or on the floor. The apartment was really really hot and whilst the fan was massively appreciated in the heatwave, only being able to open the living room window by about 3 inches meant that there was no airflow into that part of the apartment and as a result we were unable to cool the apartment down despite being able to open the bedroom window fully. In need of some TLC, lots of cracks in the walls in the bedroom, the bedroom blind had a big water stain on and the wood of cabinet under the sink in the bathroom had cracked and looked like it was almost expanding due to taking in too much moisture. I know that in London, you're generally paying for the location but all in all, it just didn't feel worth what we paid.
