The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant and breakfast were fabulous!! Right next to the main train station. Couldn’t have found a better way to spend my last night in London.

Sheets were never changed during my stay. Pillows had marks from previous guests. Found nail clippings near the bedside table. Uncleanly. The amount of dust and contact with dirty sheets broke me out into hives; which I still am dealing with 2 days after leaving. The only great part of this hotel is the location. If you could bring your own cleaning supplies and vaccum it would be a nice stay.

Excellente situation géographique, gentillesse des employés et bon dejeuner. Seul point négatif est que les 2 concierges à qui nous nous sommes référés (pour des activités touristiques) n'ont pu répondre à nos questions; peu de connaissance sur ce qu offre leur belle ville

Excellent customer service. Room was overall cleaned. Only comment on the breakfast buffet, we noticed small unattended children picking up food with bare hands. We would recommend children under certain age should not be left unattended around food. But overall, breakfast selection and staff service was great. Hotel was located in excellent area with easy access to everything. We were very pleased with our stay.

I would love to give it a 4/5 but the way I was treated by this hotel was just terrible!! I have asked for a change of beddings 2 days after I arrived and I was told that they would only changed it 1 day before I check out. The food (breakfast) was a 5/5 - the service you get from them was amazing

Neben der guten Ausgangslage und dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal ist auch das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffett durchaus lobenswert. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel lag sehr Nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten (London Eye, Themse, Westminster, Big Ben usw.) alles war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer lag ruhig mit Sicht auf das Atrium (überdachter Innenhof) Frühstück war sehr lecker und kleine aber feine Auswahl. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, relativ sauber, sehr bequeme Betten. Die Dusche war sehr verkalkt, aber es wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Im großen und großen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The mini kitchen was great. Only issue is that you can’t stop/pick up in front of the hotel because of the buses and the Uber drivers always confuse it with the hotel across the road

Everything was great, except May 4 my birthday. I was coming from a 12 hour tour and the manager and security guy harassed me. The manager kept looking at me even I had my card key in my hand. I went to the room to change cause I was tired but I was hungry. I went back to the room cause I forgot my glasses and the security guy asked me for my key card, but he just asked me when there was other people coming. I felt embarrassed. I asked the manager and he brushed me off. With no apology. I like it but just for that I would never stay there ever. I gave 5 stars just because the other employees were great, so they do not have to pay for these people.
