Excellent place to stay

We had a lovely trip. The staff were really pleasant - especially Jerian who was so helpful and friendly. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the tube. We had a king room on the ground floor which was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed.

Long weekend in London

Room was comfortable but rather noisy from the rear of a shop across the road. Good to have water and fruit provided, reception staff helpful and breakfast was excellent. Pity the lift was not working as the third floor was quite a climb. Overall ok

Comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Small room but well equipped. The only downside was noise travelled a lot, and incredibly noisy when people are moving around above the room/in the hallways. Great location and friendly staff, however rooms are small and the corridors are narrow. Also, the bar was closed as it was a Sunday (?) and lifts were out of order. From 9am constant door slamming in the corridor meant check out came sooner than planned.

Lovely staff and location

Excellent location few minutes from Marble Arch tube, keen and helpful staff. Room was clean, tidy and everything worked. Elevator was out of service during my stay, so needed to use the narrow stairs. Not a problem for myself, good exercise. An upgrade or other such gesture would have been nice, but hotel was full. 2nd stay and will likely be back soon.

Great location for Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Hyde Park. The twin room we had was rather small but as only one night it didn’t really matter. On the whole a pleasant stay for where we wanted to go.
